Refund Policy

KANZit policy is good for 24 hours from the time of online purchase. If 24 hours passes by without receiving communication explaining the problem or event that prevented you from owning the image that you have made payments for, KANZit unfortunately reserves the right to ignore your request for either refund or credit or sending you the image by email or any other means.

To be eligible for a return, our online system must indicate that the download did not complete or the download did not commence at all. KANZit will fully and thoroughly investigate any and all claims made to us.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. That would be either a printable image of the final purchase or the email in which we sent to you to confirm your purchase.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your request for refund is received and scrutinized, KANZit will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then KANZit would have One of Three choices:

-          A refund to your original method of purchase if feasible

-          Credit will be placed in your account

-          We would send you the original image you attempted to purchase but could not


Once and when any of the choices above are in place, we will notify you by email of the action taken.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Refunds are always paid at the purchase price. KANZit management has the final decision to deduct or NOT any cost or expenses incurred during the process or transaction from the customer’s money or refund.


If Problems with Download:

Lost Downloads or If the downloaded file is Not Usable (example; Corrupt, Blurry, Etc.)

If you experience download problems, please contact Support with the file number and we'll email the file to you or refund your purchase to the payment method originally used.

If you download a file that is not is not usable (corrupt, blurry etc.), simply contact Support on with the file number and your concerns. KANZit will refund your purchase to the payment method originally used and investigate the image.
